The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to many resturants, close to SOGO causeway bay, close to Hysan place to. The room is clean and the concierge staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel has shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price. You don't to drag your luggages across the train station. Especially if you are traveling with young kids, the shuttle service is very convenient.

The location is excellent and near the MRT/tram/bus stations, a comfy place to stay. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded my room type, but after asking for it 😀

Location was great with many restaurants around walking distance. Room was clean and comfy bed best thing they had filter water in the room. Buffet breakfast was great with many selections and they had halal meals as well. House keeping staff was really nice. Really appreciate Janice at the reception who helped me refund my cash as they already charged me through credit card. Overall the place was beautiful and most important that my kids loved it.

Tidy room. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. In the review of my previous stay at Regal Hong Kong, I mentioned about the issue I had with charging electronic devices due to limited number of power outlets inside guest rooms. I was surprised this time to see that the issue has been resolved, as 3 ports USB outlets have been equipped along the bedside tables.

Excellent location close to trams, buses and MTR Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby The room is spacious and clean (although housekeeping is only provided every 3 days) Complimentary airport shuttle I was provided with a router to enhance the wifi speed in my room Fruits delivered to our room was a nice surprise Nice touches like piped music in the bathroom

Central location, accessible to all sorts of facilities around the hotel. Staff are helpful and efficient. Restaurant at 3rd floor served good food with grade one service.

Location and the rooms were big with a window seat that we could lay out our 2 medium sized luggage to pack. Bathroom was large enough to have a large triangular bathtub in the corner. It was a block away from Soho, Wellcome and Ikea. Lots of restaurants around and Din Tai Fung next door. Housekeeping was accommodating enough to bring us ice and an adaptor. And the best part was the direct shuttle to the airport! Beats taking a taxi to the HK Airport Station and taking the train to the airport. Our bags were loaded into the shuttle and uploaded by the driver at the airport - we didn't have to lift a finger

- The location is great: right in the centre of Hong Kong and on top of a great restaurant, Ding Tai Fung - The size of the room is bigger than the average Hong Kong hotel, even coming with a sea/harbour view. - The shuttle bus service made the travel to airport with luggage much easier. - The staff were friendly.

Great location for us, with various forms of transport nearby, a lovely park and marina also nearby. Quite luxurious feel, with ornate decor. Spacious room.
